MoBill has done so many different types of projects in The Woodlands, in the last 20 years, it would be impossible to list them all. We can provide numerous references, in numerous departments and divisions regarding our work and abilities. A few of these include:

TWOC - Residential Property Management

	Grogan’s Landing Apartments
	Rebuilt Bldg. 23 (16 Units) after it was destroyed by Fire

	Resurface all Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets (all Units) – 1991

After Acquisition of approx. 8 Properties in the early 1990’s – MoBill went in and helped The Woodlands Corporation (former name) bring the newly held properties up to the strict standards of George Mitchell and his companies. These included, but were not limited to:

Residential Remodeling

Due to the flooding in Oct. 1994, we de-humidified and restored the entire first floor of many homes. A lot of these homes were in the Grogan’s Point subdivision of The Woodlands. After completing high quality work in many high-end homes, we were called by many other home owners for additions, remodels, or both. Most of the homes ranged from $350K - $2M in total value.
