A Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, MoBill Construction, Inc. worked closely with Earl Higgins, VP of The Woodlands Operating Company and Scott Hamilton, former Director of Agronomy for The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center, to ensure all facilities met or exceeded the highest standards set for this prestigious golf club. Tournament Player’s Course at The Woodlands: former home of the PGA Tour’s Shell Houston Open for the past 12 years, MoBill Construction, Inc. has helped plan, design, and build the facilities in The Woodlands for the Houston Golf Association. MoBill has worked closely with Earl Higgins, Forest Stewart, and Trey Jackson all of the HGA. MoBill works every year on the Shell Houston Open converting buildings into temporary Press Room Headquarters. In the past 20 Years, completed work for HGA has included:

Sprint Telephone Co. – (formerly Central Telephone Co. aka Centel)

MoBill worked closely with a wide variety of Management for Centel, now owned by Sprint Telephone Co. For 15 Years we did most remodeling and new construction for the phone company which was based in Humble, Tx. and Kingwood, Tx. Work varied from Office Remodeling to HVAC Systems replacement, to parking area expansions to a brand new Office-Warehouse in Decatur, Tx.
